Braza manages returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis to ensure we meet your needs and concerns. We stand by the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
Returned or exchange items must be clean, new, odor-free, unwashed and in the original packaging. NOTE: Due to sanitary reasons, products with a hygienic seal on the package cannot be returned if the seal is broken. Products that have a hygienic seal are noted on the product description page along with a Size Chart so please make sure you order the correct size before you place your order.
If your return or exchange is approved you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item/s. Once your return is received by Braza and is in acceptable condition you will then receive a credit back on your initial credit card or gift card.
All Promotional or Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
While we strive to accept all returns, damaged/unsaleable items will not be credited or refunded. Should you wish to have these items returned to you, we are happy to do so provided you contact us in writing and include arrangements for the cost of the return.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE SHIPPING? If you are returning or exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless Braza accidentally sent you the wrong size, style or color.
