SWIM FLASH TAPE®

I don't actually use this product for its intended purpose, but it's great (not perfect, so no five star rating) for what I DO use it for. I wear lace front wigs and depending on the style or fit I might want to secure the front a bit better so it really stays flush. They make lots of tapes and glues for this and some say they're waterproof, but they all get poor reviews and the ones I've tried didn't work. I decided to try this... why not? It might work, right?... Enter summer - sweat, swimming... this in a little combination with the others is perfect! I can use this with a small amount of glue and another tape (sometimes no second tape - totally depends) and it will actually STAY. It will stay in horrible 100 degree weather with awful humidity. It will stay at the river, in the rain... other stuff just won't. The second I start sweating or get in the water, without THIS tape, forget all my messy adhesive efforts. WITH this tape, success! I would totally recommend as a slightly outside-the-box solution.

I’ve been using it for years now. The stickiness is decent, does the job without becoming too irritating. Only recently I’ve run into a problem with the dispenser since it broke and the paper came off and wasted a ton of the tape. Other than that, it’s a solid product. Worked fine when sweating or in the ocean holding together a bathing suit.

I don't often write reviews, but this one is worth letting everyone know how great the product is! I have always struggled with bikini tops staying put. The tugging, shoving, pushing, pulling, tucking, checking and double checking before you lift up out of the water ... I am so busy worrying about my top that it is difficult to even enjoy myself. So I ordered this tape before our week vacation at the beach. I have never been so happy with anything I have ordered! One little strip of tape and nothing budged! This stuff stood up to the waves, body surfing, diving, and even my children tugging on my top! At the end of the day, my bathing suit top was still exactly where I put it and I never once had to worry about anything falling out or moving around. Some reviews said that your skin had to be completely cleaned with rubbing alcohol or it would not stick - I did not find this to be the case at all. I applied the tape shortly after applying body lotion and it held just fine. Was very easy to remove from skin and clothing ... left a little redness on the skin immediately after removing, but no more so than a bandaid would and it faded quickly. Did not irritate my skin at all. I recommend this to anyone who wants to fit a bathing suit like a super model! I will buy this every year!!

Works well. Sticks to close and skin, but can become loose if moved too much.

I did not have the highest hopes for this but it exceeded expectations!Held up well in water and although it was sometimes tough to peel the paper from the tape it stayed relatively sticky as long as you don’t overly touch it before applying. Applying to skin before the suit worked best.

I’ve been using this for years. Sometimes I feel like the consistency in quality isn’t quite there, but majority of time this tape is a life saver. I love riding the mechanical bull, but I also want to make sure the girls stay in if you know what I mean. This tape never fails me. ALSO, it’s sweat proof. I use this when I go country dancing, swimming, any activity I do that might be a little risky for a clothing malfunction. Definitely make sure you don’t have lotion or oils on the spot you’re using the tape for max adhesion. 100% recommend.

The tape help on and kept my boobs in my bikini top. I was swimming in the ocean with no issues. I will buy again. Highly recommend.

I just love this tape! It is so easy to use for one. It is not a struggle to peel off the coverings of the sticky part of the tape. I’ve tried others, that the struggle to peel the covers off the sticky part of the tape made me just give up. I especially like to use this tape for strapless bras, including the flesh like stick on bras. When your flesh stick on bras lose their stick, after washing your stick on flesh bras, this tape works great to get a lot more use out of those stick bras/pasties. The tape for me has worked very well, even if I am sweaty. Now that I discovered this tape, I can’t imagine not having this product in my life.

The flash tape really does hold up while using. I have used it @ the beach for my bathing suit and to hold shirts in place. After where it many times and for long periods I was amazed @ how much hold there was still left to the adhesive. It is definitely waterproof. You get plenty of the product for the price as well. I definitely will buy again when I run out of it. Only downfall is trying to remove the backing when applying. It is a pain but again, it works once applied.

I was worried by some of the reviews that this would either rip my skin off or never come off my clothes!! I luckily experienced neither of these things! I used this tape to secure some blouses in place and It applies well, stayed all day and came off pretty easily from my skin. I didn't have trouble getting it off my clothes, as some of the other reviews suggested. However, it did leave some sticky adhesive residue on my tops. After a wash in the laundry it was fine, but I am not sure what repeat exposure to my blouses will lead to. I didn't use this for swimwear so I can't attest to its waterproof capabilities. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

I honestly was not expecting much from this tape. I have a dress that I needed something to help hold things in place and a friend suggested trying this. I expected it to sort of work for a couple of hours or something. I live in a place where it is hot and humid all the time. This tape stays on ALL day even when I am outside in 90 degree heat with a lot of humidity. Sweat does not make it come off or effect its hold at all.Last weekend I went to the beach and I have a new swimsuit that I wanted to make sure would stay in place even in the pounding surf. I decided to try this tape since it says it is waterproof… and IT WORKED! I spent hours in the water and walking the beach and that stuff stayed on and held in place both on my skin and on my swimsuit the entire time. I didn’t feel like I needed to readjust or pull my top up or anything. It was a miracle. I am going to make sure I always have this stuff around.One benefit of this is that it is really easy to use. It comes in a tape dispenser type roll. The tape is double sided, clear and very sticky. It has a thick white paper over it on the top side. The white paper can be a little difficult to tear on the dispenser, but a little practice makes it easier to get the correct angle for easier tearing. The white paper is divided down the length of the tape so you can peel off one side at a time. I do have a hard time getting it peeled off occasionally. This would also work great to stick your bras straps to your tank straps to make sure they don’t show. I am so impressed with this Braza Tape. I highly recommend it to anyone needs to hold clothing in place, even when they are getting wet.I purchased this full price for my own use.

This tape was phenomenal!! Held the bathing suit through sweat and water. Just make sure skin is free from oils and lotion before application .

I didn't purchase this for a bathing suit, but I did have a theory: if it held up in water, it should hold up at a calm, dry dinner party. The tape is double-sided and comes in an easy to use dispenser. My intention was to hold up a satin strapless dress. I didn't plan on dancing, sweating, or doing anything crazy that might yank the dress off. My main concern was hiding my undergarments and keeping the dress from sagging and looking unattractive on my bosom.PROS:- you get lots of tape- double sided with paper on each side (peel side A, adhere to skin, peel side B, press on garment)- clear and disguises easily- pretty strong stuff, but not miracle tape- waterproof against sweat (and I assume the pool too)CONS:- I wish it were stronger against skin- I wish it were gentler against fabric- hard to apply (every tiny mistake means you have to yank it off and start over)- will not stick to skin unless you wipe it with alcohol (soap and water won't cut it)- comes in 1/2" strips, but might be more efficient in thicker bands (like 3/4")OVERALL:The best way to use this is to shower with cool water and a bar soap (not moisturizing body wash which might leave oils), then wipe the areas you want with rubbing alcohol, and immediately apply the tape to your skin first. Then peel the top paper off and stick your garment to the tape/skin. Don't put it on the fabric first, because it will wrinkle. Only then, once everything is in place, can you apply lotion. It just won't stick any other way. Also, use little 2" strips at a time. One long piece is less effective. You want tiny strongholds all over the place, not one huge defense system. It distributes the force more evenly. Physics.

Best I have found so far. I have no problem with it sticking to my skin, but when it pulls away, it is always from my clothing. This might be because I normally use it with silkier fabrics ( usually when shirts have necklines that ride up and I honestly want to keep a tad amount of cleavage) haahahha... I must admit though, when I am using this I am usually a pretty active person, even if I am not dancing and I am just at dinner, I am normally moving around a bit and laughing pretty hard...I would like it a little stronger for clothes thought I have seen other reviews say the opposite. I have NEVER used alcohol first and sometimes I even have problems getting this off my skin (which I am ok with because it means it is strong) at the end of the night even when it is no longer sticking to the fabric.TIP: Usually when I am using it to hold a shirt down in the front I place it on my skin, then place the fabric, then run the BACK of my hair straightener over the fabric to help "melt?" it on better? Seems to help.I have used this to "hem" up dress pants when I wanted to wear flats. Works well...I am actually ordering another roll right now and some Hollywood double sided tape. Hopefully I will remember to come back and let y'all know which is better!
